My Story

Today I am a certified nutritionist—but my journey started with a personal health crisis.
I once lived with constant fatigue, an extra 20 kilos, high blood sugar, and cholesterol. It wasn’t just about feeling unwell—it was about losing myself. I was a mother, a woman, a professional, yet inside I felt disconnected and powerless.

I tried strict diets, exhausting workouts, and “magic supplements.” None of it worked. Until I finally understood one truth: health is not a fight—it’s self-care.
That realization changed everything. I began studying nutrition—at first to heal myself. Step by step, I restored my body, energy, and balance. And with that came a mission: to help other women do the same.

Why I Do What I Do

Today, women come to me carrying not just one problem, but a whole knot of struggles:

  • chronic fatigue and waking up tired every morning,

  • stubborn weight that always returns after another “miracle” diet,

  • sluggish metabolism, hormonal shifts, and a constant sense of heaviness,

  • nutrient deficiencies, poor sleep, anxiety, and the feeling that their body is failing them.

I know this state from the inside—and I also know the way out.
My work is about gently and systematically untangling those knots without harsh restrictions or overwhelm. Together, we focus on mindful nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and thoughtful nutraceutical support.

I don’t treat diseases—I create the conditions for your body to heal and thrive naturally.

My Mission

My mission is simple yet powerful: to help women in midlife restore their energy, balance their weight, and feel confident in their bodies—without relying on medications, crash diets, or unrealistic restrictions.

I believe that health after 40 or 50 is not about extremes—it’s about creating sustainable habits, understanding how your body works, and giving it the right support to thrive.

What Makes My Approach Different

So many programs promise fast results with strict diets, endless workouts, or “magic” solutions—but those results rarely last. My approach is different because:

  • Personalization comes first. Every woman’s story is unique. I start with a deep review of your habits, lifestyle, and blood tests to understand your body’s needs.

  • Education is part of the journey. Each week, I provide simple lectures that explain how your body works—so you’re not just following instructions, you’re learning how to make empowered choices for life.

  • Gentle, sustainable change. No extremes, no shame, no “one-size-fits-all.” We focus on realistic steps that fit into your everyday life.

  • Whole-person support. I don’t just address symptoms. We work on digestion, energy, sleep, mood, and balance—because true health is about the whole picture.

I don’t compete with diets, quick fixes, or short-lived transformations. I help women build a long-term lifestyle of health and vitality, where confidence and well-being don’t disappear once the program ends.
